RE/MAX Prairie Realty opened its doors in the spring of 2010. We are located in the new Prairie Place complex. Having a RE/MAX office in Vermilion has been a dream and goal of Shawns for a long time. With Shawn's experience and drive you will be sure to find the home of your dreams or sell your home for the price you want. Kaitlynn is new to the team and eager to get to work, she would love to meet with you and assist you with all your real-estate needs. Diane is our Client Care Manager and she is ready and able to help answer your questions. If she doesn't know the answer she will be sure to find it for you. In early 2011 we welcomed Tina Zayac as our Client Care Specialist, while Diane and Jon Bodurka begin their family.

Shawn Jacula
Broker/Owner
Shawn is a Vermilionite through and through. After spending his childhood days living on his parents grain farm he decided to spread his wings and attend the Arizona State University, he has always had a love of flying and this has taken him on quite the adventure. When the laws changed for foreign pilots in the USA Shawn took this as an opportunity to make a career change.
He moved back to Canada and got his licence in real-estate, he started working out of Lloydminster before his love of Vermilion brought him back home. He resides on a farm just outside of Vermilion and is active in his parents family farm. When Shawn isn't busy working on real-estate adventures or participating in community events you will probably find him at the curling rink or socializing with friends.
His love of real-estate and business, combined with his eagerness to help people, Shawn is great choice for your real-estate needs.

Kaitlynn Oddan
Sales Associate
Kaitlynn was born and raised in Marwayne Alberta, she moved to Vermilion for a change from home life. Kaitlynn is completing her education at Lakeland College working towards her Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
She has always been interested in checking out different houses and thought real-estate would be a great combination of her love of reale-state and interacting with people. Her plans after college are to continue selling real-estate in Vermilion and start a new life out in the country with her current boyfriend.
Kaitlynn enjoys hanging out with friends, especially her four legged friend Hurley. She can be found helping out on the farm on weekends when she isn't busy studying or selling houses. Kaitlynn always finds time to attend concerts, hockey games and of course go on a few holidays.
You will find when you meet Kaitlynn she is sweet, sincere, honest and willing to work hard to help you reach your dreams and goals. She is always ready to meet you with a smile on her face so stop by the office for a chance to meet her and get to know her.

Tina Zayac
Client Care Specialist
I grew up in Vermilion and can't imagine calling anywhere else home, I live on an acreage with my husband Wayne and two beautiful daughter's. My family is the centre of my universe. Outside of work I can be found at one of my girls schools or sporting events. Volunteering is something that is important to me so we may have met before at one event or another, I want to teach my children the importance of volunteering and keeping our community alive.
Real estate is something that I have always been interested in. To be a part of helping someone find a new home or to sell their current one is a job like no other. After all "Home is Where the Heart is"
I am very exited to join the RE/MAX Prairie Realty team as Client Care Specialist while Diane is on maternity leave, enjoying her sweet baby.
Diane Bodurka
Client Care Manager
Diane was also born and raised in Vermilion, after living in Edmonton for a few years after highschool Lakeland College brought Diane back home. She has a diploma in AgriBuisness with a focus in Finance. After working in lending Diane decided to join Shawn on his new venture at the new RE/MAX office in Vermilion.
Diane's main love is her animals. If you need her chances are you can find her walking her dogs in the park, playing with her horses or just hanging around the farm. Diane married Jon in 2009 and they recently moved out to the country and are finding it just right for them.
Diane enjoys trips to the mountains, helping out around the farm and getting together with friends and family.
Diane's smile is the first you will see when you walk through the doors. She is eager to help all of our clients with anything they may need.
